Love. Spice. Saucery.
Food isn’t just a meal — it’s a memory, a moment, and a way to bring people together. For me, cooking began in the warmth of my childhood kitchen in Delhi, where I learned from my mother that food made with love carries stories across generations. This passion became the foundation of my culinary journey.
Today, I specialize in rich, flavorful Indian dishes inspired by my heritage, blended with the fresh, vibrant ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. From handcrafted Indian-Mediterranean fusion recipes to beautifully plated hummus and dips, my goal is to create food that not only tastes delicious, but delights the senses through presentation, aroma, and warmth.
I’ve been known in Delhi for my signature dips and distinct flavor combinations, and I’m now proud to bring those beloved recipes to Toronto food lovers through Saucery by Toronto Canteen. Whether you're ordering for a family dinner or catering a special event, every dip and dish I prepare is infused with the same love and attention I learned growing up — made fresh, made thoughtfully, and made to be shared.
Because here, you're not just getting great food — you're getting a piece of my story.
